Project Description

A five Stars Hotel, 780 guest rooms and suites including lobby, cafeterias, restaurants, shopping mall, swimming pools, health club, aqua park and all other hotel services and utilities.

The project consists of the following elements:

• Sindbad Aqua Hotel
• Sindbad Beach Resort
• Sindbad Aqua Resort

Scope of work:

Mast Group was appointed as infrastructure consultant to perform complete infrastructure works including drawings,  BOQs, specifications and Tender Documents for:

• Water supply networks
• Sewage networks ( pump stations, sewer force main)
• Fire Fighting networks
• Irrigation Networks
• MEP works for all residential and service buildings

 In  addition to providing all design works. Mast group was appointed also to perform site supervision works for the water treatment plant, pumping stations , water distribution networks ,waste water treatment plant, waste water gravity pipe lines, sewage network and Plumbing Work.
