The project  consist of 4200 housing unit served with 100,000 m2 service , entertainment and governmental buildings, schools and  shopping malls

Scope of work:

The Complete infrastructure works including drawings, BOQs, specifications and Tender Documents of the following :

Water & Fire networks  consisting of :

UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 100 – 250 mm in addition to 2000 m3 water tank and pump station

Sewage networks  consisting of :

Gravity UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 200-500 mm , force main &  pump station

Irrigation networks  consisting of :

UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 32– 110 mm in addition 7 irrigation tanks and pump station

Electromechanical  works consisting of :

• Plumbing works for each building
• Internal electrical works for each building
• Fire fighting works
