- Scope of works:
- -Full design and supervision of infrastructure and electromechanical works for the project including bill of quantities and technical specifications of the following :
- Water networks consisting of :
- UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 100 – 315 mm in addition to 2000 m3 water tank and pump station
- Fire networks consisting of :
- DI pipes with diameters ranging from 160– 250 mm in addition to 500 m3 tank and fire pump station
- Sewage networks consisting of :
- Gravity UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 200-450 mm
- Irrigation networks consisting of :
- UPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 32– 110 mm in addition to irrigation tank and pump station
- Electrical networks consisting of :
- HV, MV, LV and light current in addition to substations and pillars and street lighting
- Electromechanical works consisting of :
- Plumbing works for each building
- Internal electrical works for each building
- Fire fighting works
- Construction Cost approximately 63,000,000 EGP
